VISHWAROOPAM Annets RYLA

VISHWAROOPAM ANNET’s ryla was held on Sep 28th to 30th, 2018 at CS Grand, Dharmapuri.
Rtn.shanmugavalli as Chairman – Rtn.s.saratha as secretary & hosted by RC Karur Angels and 36 annets from various zones in District 3000 had participated.

IPDG P. Gopalakrishnan was the Inaugural chief guest.
There was an ice breaking session on the first day and laughing therapy with dance on the second day.
There were sessions on leadership, communication, goal setting, team work, thinking skills and technology.
The kids enjoyed their time with lot of fun at the camp fire.
The third day was filled with memory development activities and rope games which removed their fear.

DG RVN kannan was the chief guest of the valediction ceremony. certificates were issued to all the participants.
This was an Opportunity to the students to learn through activities.
The accommodation was comfortable with good hygienic food .

The Annets enjoyed, learned and shared their experience with trainers, us and their friends. They had a very good time.

Rtn.shanmugavalli chairman sincerely thanked the DG for giving us this opportunity.

Literacy program- Rainbow project

On 27th September 2018, from 10am – 4pm we held a TEACH program for B.ED students at the Arasu women  Educational  college and
Ponkaliyamman  Educational  college.
Chief Guest was Rtn.Meena, Literacy Mentor for RID 3000.
Trainer was Mrs k.Rajalakshmi an Education counselor.
235 B.Ed students were benefited in this program.

Literacy Program – Rainbow Project

we had TEACH program for B.ED students on 27 Sep in Arasu women Educational college and Ponkaliyamman Educational college.
Time: 10.00 am to 4 pm.
Chief guest- Rtn.S.Meena
Literacy mentor RID-3000.
Trainer- Mrs k.Rajalakshmi – Education counselor.
235 B.Ed students were benefited in this program.

Family fun day project

Rotary club of Karur Angels celebrated ” FAMILY FUN DAY” on September 24th, 2018 at NTS palace.
Rtn. Lakshmi Balaji was  the chairman of the project .
It was a great fun filled day with various fun games and interactive activities for the club members families.

Our members “FAMILY FUN DAY” was held on Sep 24 th at NTS palace
Rtn. Lakshmi was the chairman of the project.
Members participated with high spirit and participated in dance, vocal, spouses Mimicry and games for all family members
couples games and the floor was filled with happy vibes & Happy friendship

Literacy and awareness on plastic, WINS projects

On the 20th September 2018, we conducted three activities at the Selva Vinayagar primary aided school in Landhakottai.

1. Literacy day celebrations – we issued 60 dictionaries to the school students .
2. Awareness on how to manage plastic  – we issued 70 cloth bags to students.
3. WINS and Health & hygiene awareness  were given to the students.
Rtn Neelavathi was the trainer for the school students from 1.30pm onwards.

Assistant Governor Rtn Vinitha Mohan was the Chief Guest.

Rtn.Neela had sponsored the  60 dictionaries and 70 cloth bags to the students.
About 300 children benefited in these activities.

Awareness on Plastic usage, Literacy & Wins

We conducted 3 activities on 20th sep at Selva Vinayagar primary aided school, Landhakottai.

AG vinitha Mohan was the chief guest .
PP Rtn.G.Neelavathi was the trainer in Selva Vinayagar School at 1.30 pm onwards.

3. WINS and Health and hygiene awareness was given to the students.

Sexual Awareness Program

We conducted a sexual awareness program on 15th sep 2018.
Chief Guest was Rtn.Meera Ramesh.
Venue- Chettinad College of Engineering.
Rtn.shanmugavalli had made all the arrangements at the college. Rtn. Meera Ramesh delivered an excellent presentation.
Around 200 girls were given awareness.
