Rotary International District 3000 Model United Nations Conference
RC of Karur Angels have to say that it is a fantastic one day event with active participation of about 60 youngsters. The venue here Pon Vidya Mandir School is graced with delegates, teaching staffs, Rotary leaders and members from various schools and clubs across Rotary District 3000.

we celebrated 110 th Rotary anniversery at shanthi nilayam.also we conducted awareness on health and hygiene.
Day Ryla went off well. And it was executed in Thottakurichi Gov High School.

Awareness on Menstrual hygiene went well in CSI Girls Hr Sec School. More than 100 girls and 15 teachers participated. It was well explained to the students and the most stressed point was about how to keep our toilets and ourselves hygiene. It was really wonderful,Students interaction was very good.
Vaagai soodava -Life Skill Training for School Students
We conducted a programme exclusively for NURSES working in Hospitals in and around Karur. It’s a mixture of activity, fun and workshop on Expectation vs Reality.72nurses participated and was with good interaction with our Angels team and with our faculty Mr Raja from Salem Helikx Institute. Finally nurses shared their experience to us about today’s programme. They also felt very much happy and relaxed inspite of their highly dedicated job. It was really a different and good experience for us honouring and respecting their valuable and uncomparable humanitary services.
we organised an awareness program for public(parents)on learning disability on 9th november in texcity rotary community hall. Almost 150 parents participated and discussed about the difficulty. They are facing in the development of their children. learning disability dyslaxia can be simplified and students having difficulty in learning can be solved by giving more appreciation, More care and motivation by both parents and teachers to the students The session was more interactive and we felt more satisfied by conducting such a needy program to the public(parents)in karur. participants were more clear by the session andthey felt it can be done in all schools at regular intervals.so,finally we angels decided to conduct this program at regular intervals as our ongoing project since now we are into the concept”TEACH” where “c”comes under child development.it gives us more satisfaction….
