We are an all Womens Rotary Club in Karur. Our club was Chartered on October 2008 with Club No.80415. Our Charter President was Rtn.Shanmugavalli.
We are a very active Rotary club doing social projects throughout the year. We have several ongoing projects and our contribution to the Rotary Foundation is also substantial each year.
We concentrate on awareness programs like Sexual abuse among girl children and handle counselling sessions with qualified counselors & doctors.
We also concentrate on Rotaract and Interact clubs serving the Next Generation with various personality development and skill development projects like RYLA and other training events.
We have chartered 8 Interact clubs and 6 Rotaract clubs.
We actively participate in all District level Rotary activities and host atleast one major District event every year. We also actively join hands with other clubs in the District for joint projects and meetings.
